"Hotel was excellent value for the price. Staff spoke english, which really helped as my french is very rusty. Beds were comfy, shower was powerful. Location was excellent, right on the beach front, with plenty of parking out front. Only 10 mins drive away from the ferry port. Only a short 5 min walk to the main town for restaurants, but breakfast was offered. Unfortunately we could not sample breakfast as we had to leave very early for our ferry home. Reception staff were available 24/7. Cannot...

"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"A part le volume de la salle a manger et la cuisine. Le logement est très sale, toiles d araignee datant de mois voir année . Les chambres sont sales et a fuir si vous faîtes des allergies. Pas de lumière dans les toilettes en remplacement des veilleuses !! Une chambre qui fait a peine 4 m2 sans lumière. Cher pour un logement insalubre. Sans parler de l électricité qui se coupe, nous laissant une bonne partie de la soirée dans le noir."

"Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. If we had not challenged this would not have been changed. There seemed to be a lot of uncertainty over taxes and on checkout there seemed to be...

"We had a stop off en route south. The family room had perfect facilities with two single beds for the children and a large double. Also a fridge and microwave to prepare snacks or breakfast. Just what we needed with a child needing specialist food. "

"Très bien , allez y les yeux fermés . Propre , chambre cosy , calme , bonne situation . Pour pinailler un peu , mécanisme de la chasse d’eau un peu dur , tuyau du pommeau de douche peu souple , ce qui fait que le pommeau arrose le mur , pas de banane au petit déjeuné . ..J’ai été dans les premiers clients à l’ouverture , j’y retournerais . L’été possibilité d’allez courir dans les bois au bout de la rue . "

"Very good value. Our room (standard 2 single beds) was somewhat small, the bathroom quite small, but everything was in good condition, clean, comfy beds. The heating is not turned on yet (as of October 06), if you are not familiar with Europe, I believe they turn it on after a certain date. "

"It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. The staff were lovely and luckily it has underground parking which is invaluable in Rouen. Walking distance to the cathedral, and bars and restaurants."

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "The staff are wondrful! Just wosh there was a kettle in the room but totally excellent. So close to the gare (train station)...so clean & nice...I will return and have,)...totally recommended"
