I had left someone very important in the room and was 8 hours away before I realized I had forgotten it. I called the hotel and dealt with Kathie at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic and made sure my item was located and shipped out to me ASAP. The hotel itself is average, but I would return just for the friendliness of the staff. "
