The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. "The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....
