The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"

The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night).
