"Room is clean and nice. Clear instruction for check in and out. But the lock in my room has problem and it suddenly keeps on opening and locking in early morning (6:20). it is so scared that I think someone is breaking in. Luckily the front desk open at 6am and staff can help to fix."

"The BEST ski in ski out we have ever stayed in! It was so convenient to get out the door and step onto the slope and ski down into the ski room at night. No need to hike up to a lift or haul kids around to get to places. The family the owns the hotel is so wonderful and kind. The room was comfortable and the onsen felt great after skiing. "温泉の中心部から少し離れていますが、湯畑の喧騒から離れて落ち着いて過ごせました。 料理がポイントの宿で夕食は一斉となります。オーナーがソムリエでワインの種類は充実しています。一緒に泊まった妻がアルコールが駄目なので私もノンアルコールにしたのでご主人は少し残念そうでした。ノンアルコールのワインとかがあったら気分だけでも楽しめたかもしれません。 施設は古くなっていますが、手入れは行き届いており、ベッドも快適でした。24時間の温泉があり、宿の中で何度も温泉を楽しめました。また行きたいところ思います。 "
