"Lovely hotel which was perfect for a short stay. The pool area was lovely and service was fantastic and personal. Room was comfortable but maybe a little dated in parts and would benefit from modernising. Great location near to town, lake area and short walk from train station. It’s a shame Istres doesn’t have much life compared to other areas along that coast. "

"Very nice place. There was excellent parking facilities. We didnt like the shower. Shower head was too low. We informed the hotel but they didnt fix it. The wifi was very bad. At some point there was no connection at all. The signal for the wifi was only 1 bar. There was no mobile network (signal) in the room."

"It's a 2 star hotel so can the Relais et Chateaux guide... It bats above it's rating with friendly staff and good facilities. The pool is big and there is a kiddies' section, chairs are cheap and cheerful and it's a shame there are no parasols. Didn't use the restaurant as there are so many nearby but it made for a nice base for a few days."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff ! They were very flexible and helpful since we had to deal with a car breakdown during our stay. The bedroom was clean and we slept very well. The location of the hotel is central and close to the beach. We had a good experience and we will book again at this hotel if we return to Martigues ! "
