"Check in was quick and pleasant. The room was nice and clean, the beds comfy. There was a lot of static in the bedding though, maybe because its so dry? Though there was an ice bucket in our room, no cups or glasses to drink from. No coffee maker. Breakfast was basic- hot sausages and egg patties, biscuits/gravy plus the usual waffles, toast, cereal etc. "

"Our TV did not work from the moment we arrived. Sent maintenance man to look at, he was frustrated from the start because the TV had previous problems,. He left to get a tool. When we returned for the night nothing had been fixed or replaced. The next morning we were offered $10 refund, then they decided Expedia had to issue the refund. Not impressed with how our concern was handled. I’m sure we won’t ever see a dime of refund."

"A few minor problems. Light bulbs that were burned out. No daily maid service. Toilet that ran constantly. I can clean up after myself however it would be nice if they came in daily and provided coffee pods and sugars cream etc. I feel that hotels chains are still using Covid as an excuse to cut their costs and provide less service. The checkin and the breakfast were both great. Have been staying at this hotel for years and I am comfortable there"
