I was in 208. Shower head would not stop turning towards the wall. Water pressure was not good. Hallway carpet by elevator was dirty. Location of ice machine and laundry not clearly marked. THE BIG ISSUE WAS, THE BREAKFAST PERSON DIDNT SHOW UP AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON SEAMED TO NOT CARE.

I was in town on business. It was fairly close to where I was working. The staff was warm and welcoming. The parking area had enough area. The room was clean and breakfast was done well. Was close to several restaurants. Overall was a good experience.

Would love to have had an opportunity for late check out as check out was noon and my flight out of OKC was at 530, due to no late check out I had to sit at the airport for hours before. I was offered to pay for another day if I wanted late check out, ridiculous! Also needs to provide more amenities in the room. Other than that perfect stay. Rooms clean beds comfortable

We chose the Fairfield Inn near the OKC airport because it offered roundtrip airport shuttle service. The rates were reasonable for a last minute change of plans in our itinerary. Our check-out and flight would occur before we could take advantage of the complimentary breakfast which was a nice draw. The check-in staff was courteous. The facilities and the room was clean. Our only complaint is the thin walls separating one room to another. We heard noises from next door room down to the snoring at 2:00 am. If you a deep sleeper than this is not a showstopper.

Hotel is nice location with bus shuttle to airport anytime you need. Hotel ready arranged 2 trips for my family because we had different fight schedules Swimming pool was warm and clean Cookies at reception were very delicious.

The hotel parking lot was lite up bright at night. They offer cookies and water as you’re entering. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Chilis is close by. Car rentals near by. Close to the Will Rodgers Airport. They offer a shuttle to the airport. The manager walks around and talks with the guests and keeps an eye out. Beautiful hotel! Highly recommend.
