"Hotel is in the center of town, great location. Room is spacious with a couch and cable Tv. Only problem is wifi can be iffy, but in general is a a great place to stay in Dunedin. Good bathroom and shower, would stay there again "

"The Dunedin Palms is a great value. We spent three nights there during high season. The location is excellent -downtown and a short walk to the octagon (center of town) and only 2 blocks to the Speights brewery/pub. It's located about 1/3 of the way up a hill. But it's not that steep and was not a problem for us. We stayed in a 1 BR apartment and it was huge and very clean with lots of space. "Easy to get to and park, nice location just outside of the main part of the city right next to the Botanical gardens. Would stay again. If it was hot, rooms have no air con and the rooms would get very warm. Ours was hot and only 18 degrees during the day hard to cook down "
