"Hotel at Birmingham Airport was very convenient, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed, whats not to like. Only suprise was internet access around the airport was very poor. Not the hotels fault i appreciate "

Room was clean and tidy and we opted for no window room, the bed was comfortable and overall liked everything provided. First time staying here will definitely stay again much better than other hotels we have used in the area "

"The hotel is very nice, very clean, staff were helpful, not having parking is very inconvenient, having to drop everything and then drive to a carpark and then walk back? If you have kids its not ideal. Other then that would recommend If you’re not driving this hotel is great! "

"I've paid for hotel when I've booked with hotels.com and on arrival lady asked for my card, I thought it was just for authorisation but found out next day she actually charged me again for same room. After speaking to 3 different people managed to get refund but no apologies whatsoever. To be honest not very happy with that! "

"Staff helpful and friendly, disappointing that the sauna and steam room were out of action. For some time too judging by the sauna having been ripped out. Shame as this was a key point for booking the hotel for our stay"
