There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. The xmas night market was just outside the hotel, which made it very magical. Highly recommend staying here. "
