It was a short business trip, and the management of this hotel provided me with truly exceptional customer service. I had had a problem accessing the TV channels, and the manager replaced the cable box very quickly, in spite of constantly being called, on both the hotel and his smartphone, he took care of the problem much faster than expected."

"Despite some negative reviews, I decided to book this place due to it's proximity to Newton, which I had to attend for business. Overall I was very happy with the experience. The building was older but clean and functional. The heating system and bar fridge seemed very new. The bathroom was clean and the tub/shower were in good shape. I was there from Sunday to Thursday and it was quiet the while time. I would return."
