"Pleasantly surprised, as this is an older property that’s being updated. Woman at front desk was welcoming. Room was very clean, but heat was turned too low before I arrived, and took a bit to warm up. Hallway, while clean, did have a bit of a bleach scent to them…. But, not a major negative, as it shows the staff cares and is trying. Indoor pool area looked inviting, but I did not use it. "The room was nice & clean. Not the ritz, but cheap & convenient. Only complaint was the room was FREEZING cold when I got there! Luckily it warmed up after 2 hours. I would suggest they pre-heat the rooms for incoming guests. The girl at the front desk was kinda dumb and not helpful about getting me a warmer room. At least clean room & no bed bugs!"

"VERY good stop over spot. Hotel very clean, very well appointed. Staff very helpful, professional. Multiple very good restaurants within one mile. Walking distance to gas mart. We had a dog, very welcoming, lots of space to walk. Totally recommend. Would return."

"We needed a place to stay before a ski day at Greek Peak. This hotel is close to the mountain and also several restaurants in Cortland. Property shows age but room was clean and warm on 3 degree night. Reasonable price for a king room and bed and pillows very comfortable! "

"We enjoyed our time at Skier's Paradise. The condo was cozy, yet plenty of space for adults and teens to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with everything we needed The views were great, the shuttle and access to all the amenities nearby was perfect. The host was always available and quick to respond to questions and flexible with our needs, which we really appreciated. "
