"Staff, Sheri, extremely welcoming and accommodating by phone and in person. I especially appreciated that they used no smelly sprays as I requested due to my allergies. All was great except bed. Head of bed was MUCH lower than foot. I had to remake bed and sleep with my head at foot of bed. Mentioned upon checkout. Hope they follow up."
