"Lovely hotel, excellent service , used the WhatsApp service as we wanted an ice bucket, was with us within 5 mins. Lovely comfy bed and the air-conditioning worked a treat. Usually never properly work in other hotels."

"The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again "

"Friendly and welcoming staff. The air in the room was very poor. CO2 levels on 1800-2200 if we didn't open the window. The ventilation just circulated the air. Had to sleep with the window open to get the co2 down and made the room cold and damp due to the February weather. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful getting the sofa bed made up. Great that there is a gym and a swimming pool. The steam room next to the pool was perfect for after a long day. The swimming pool itself was too warm in my opinion so we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The toilet and bathroom were split so there was no sink in the toilet which was weird. You have to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. Breakfast had lots of vegan options, although...

"Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Pillows in room were terrible and flat. Not enough milk in room , carpet in room heavily stained but the hardest thing espically if not good at walking far is there is no lift and alot of stairs. The gardens are beautiful and spring bulbs just appearing. Nice stay overall "

"It was great! The staff were nice and approachable. They upgraded our room when I requested a closer room to the entrance as I am 30 weeks pregnant. The spa and pool were amazing as well. We enjoyed it. We'll be back again. "
