"The Clarion Inn features nicely re-done rooms in a sad older building. I loved the room updates - right down to the shower/tub, toilet and sink, so often forgotten when rooms are freshened up. I did wish for an outdoor facing window, as the room was musty when I got there. Running the a/c helped a little, thankfully. A word of warning: if you're a gym rat, don't plan on working out here. "The first floor was under construction during our stay. Having said that, the only inconvenience was getting in and out of the pool area. Sausage was alright, it would have been nice if bacon was an option for breakfast. Lastly, outside of the front desk staff, most of the other hotel staff didn't understand/speak English enough to be helpful. "

"I was in the area with my granddaughter’s dance competition. Our was clean, beds comfortable and clean sheets, bathroom super clean too. Free hot and cold breakfast was good too. The carpet in the hallways and stairs can use some cleaning and air fresheners will do justice to a not so pleasant smell in my opinion. Other than that, I will stay again. The most important thing for me, clean room, sheets, bathroom, wifi TV. They were and had a couple of good night sleeps. "
