"Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans le logement. A notre arrivée aucune réservation n'avait été faite. Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller alors que tout était complet. Un dossier pour remboursement est en cours"

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . "hotels.comでツインの部屋がなかったので２部屋予約しましたが、２部屋ともツインになってました。笑 廊下の電気がないと結構くらくなり、ちょっと怖いです。 マハッタ(タクシーやバス乗り場)がすぐ近くにあるので重い荷物を持っている人にはかなり良いと思います。(CTM乗り場はタクシーの方が良いです。徒歩20分くらい) 朝食は２〜３件となりにあるレストランに行ってチケットを渡して食べました。なぜかオレンジジュースが黄色い部分と透明な部分の２層に分かれてました。 朝食はショーケースの中から選べるシステムでなかなか面白かったです。 部屋はまあまあ快適でしたが、窓がガタガタで隙間風の音がビュービューすごかったです。"
