"The hotel is showing its age. The lotion container came off the wall, and the tv didn’t work in the morning despite working the night before. The towels were lovely but the bat mat very thin, and no rubber mat for the shower, despite having to climb over the tub side."

"The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. Sheets were clean and the King size bed had 5 pillows! We had an extra toilet paper roll in the room and more towels than most hotels, all a plus. The heater in the room was loud but it wasnt an issue. Pool was clean but needed more towels and the gym was good, more equipment than expected - water, towels, fans were provided. We have stayed here before and would stay again. "

"The staff are very friendly and acommodating. We had 2 rooms that were immaculate. Alot nicer than what I expected. Very clean and great value. It was very welcoming after a long day on the ice. The boys crushed the breakfast. The coffee machine has a wide selection and produced a great coffee. "
