Further requests were met with "Do you need it tonight. I'm sleeping now". This was at 9.00 pm. We did get the correct code eventually but only one of the vouchers worked. The room was strange. No table and no chair. The toilet/shower was right next to the door on an open plan room. The door to the room's balcony would not...
