"I had a salty experience with this booking. I booked a premium room from hotels.com. When I checked in, the room I got was underwhelmingly different from the photos I saw on the website. I talked to the staff at reception and the hotel manager. As per them, there are many premium rooms in the hotel, But the photos they put on the website are of the 2 rooms that are in the corners. They said they posted photos of their best rooms. Agreed! But still, the photos of the rooms you put online should...

"It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience."

"I was a bad advertisement, when I booked the hotel it was saying it is close to MG Mag. But it is a lie. Very heard to find the place. No hot water for first day. No heating, rooms are very very cold. I broke a water glass, the receptionist say if I don’t pay it will come out of his pay. So I pay 200 Indian rupees. Overall Expedia shouldn’t promote this establishments. "
