"Enjoying the history related to this property. The courtyard is beautiful. The elevators were not working so this created added trips back and forth to the car to unload items. The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made stay pleasant. I have stayed there several times. The bed was wonderful so slept well."

"Staff is great, room is new and clean. Noisy neighbors, but not hotel's fault, obviously. Closed businesses and sketchy hotel next door with lots of shopping carts. "

One opportunity item is on the step I. The pool, there is a hole that someone can hurt themselves on. It is next to the rail/assisted bar. This was the reason for the 4 score. "

"Customer service at this location is great. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time we arrived until after we left. I had left someone very important in the room and was 8 hours away before I realized I had forgotten it. I called the hotel and dealt with Kathie at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic and made sure my item was located and shipped out to me ASAP. The hotel itself is average, but I would return just for the friendliness of the staff. "
