"This hotel has breakfast included (verry good) it is walking distance to the most beautiful beach I've seen so far no river to cross nothing. The train station Bentota is 50 metres away next to Coco's restaurant for fresh fish and cold beer ! Staying a few days here is a must !"

"It was wonderful stay for our family of 5. You just cant beat the beach location!! Also the room, though not fancy, was spacious and clean. We had lots of room for the kids to spread out and sleep/play. The food was yummy and the owners truly cared if we were happy with our stay. We would gladly go back again!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff who organised anything we asked for. Nice quietish area at present though looks like it will get increasingly developed in future. Breakfasts good and evening meal also though there is a very nice beach restaurant 50 metres away. Sath Villa is highly recommended."

"Extremely difficult to find. The adress said Wadduwa, but it is in Kalutara. Our driver used more than 1 hour to find the place, there was no signs at all. The price, compared to next door hotels and their facilities, is too high."

"The hotel is very authentic and their food is yummy! The best srilankan dinner we had! The room are old but thats fine.. the staff is awesome and the owners so friendly.. they have a stunning seating with a wonderful view for lunch or dinnner and their breakfast is yummy"

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. It was roomy and had a shower head on the ceiling from which a cascade of water came down. It was great! "The hotel did not honor the booking made through hotels.com website. There was only one caretaker and he said that they do not deal with the hotels.com any more. Then why was my booking accepted by your website? I had to cancel the trip and return."
