"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very much a bare bones hotel but everything you needed. Just no frills. Would have been nice if it had a hot tub and not just a small pool area. Also the breakfast was very basic and could have had more options,especially hot items, but the waffle station was a nice touch. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful."

"This property was perfect for our stay during Christmas week. Quiet neighborhood with a great backyard for our pups. Walking trail close by. Easy drive to the downtown area shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean and had fully appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The owners thought of every detail. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. They left us delicious treats and wine to welcome us. Would definitely rent this property for our next visit to Santa Fe."

I only know that I am fortunate I had to cancel, rather than showing up for the busiest weekend of the year in Santa Fe only to be turned away! It is impossible to report this to Expedia. Double and Triple check your reservations in person with the hotel! Do not trust Expedia. "
