"We had a very short stay as we overnighted after a long flight. The place was perfect for our needs. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. No need to stay a more expensive options. This has everything you need and is close to the airport. "

"They had no knowledge of my booking and had to make a couple of phone calls before they found it. There was no greeting on arrival and the reception desk was behind metal bars. There was also no airport transfer and no way of getting to the airport. I did not stay at the hotel and would recommend checking carefully any booking. "

"We stayed for 3 nights, we booked the comfort room but unfortunately had one next to the kitchen, which was very loud. Once we told Manny (Sales Manager) he sorted it immediately and moved us to a much larger room with a shared private pool. It was 10/10! The grounds and facilities are really nice, with a new swimming pool being built, which will be an amazing addition. They have a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro and different areas to relax, the fire pit was a lovely touch. The food was nice...
