"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The attitude of staff is okay."

Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. "Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. "
