"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"Great hotel only 10 mins from the train station in Luzern. If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. The xmas night market was just outside the hotel, which made it very magical. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The staff at this location, along with the food at the cafe, make it my best hotel stay in my 7 days in Switzerland! Small and right next to Old Town it's a perfect spot for a quiet stay. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The soup and salad "snack" at 4 PM was one of the highlights of my trip, so delicious! "Cheap and cheerful hotel in a beautiful and convenient street. Safe and quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good wifi. Theres no fridge or aircon but there is an electric kettle and strong hot water in the shower. Highly recommend "

"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
