"The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and fully equipped wirh absolutely everything including a functioning kitchen with plates and such. What could be better is their morning breakfast. Food is delicious, good variety although not filled promptly so some serving dishes were empty till we asked for them to be filled. Front staff, amazing. "

"We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. "

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. The electronic key did not work all the time. While in the building, wifi was adequate. Parking is paid (CHF 7 per 24...

We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. "Initially we were a bit surprised at the rural farm setting. However, it was a very "genuine" home and the host was amazing!! Provided us with a fantastic breakfast and we had coffee and tea ready to go in the morning. The bathroom and shower are iutside in another building but extremely clean. One of our favorite places in Switzerland. People are everything and the hosts were the best!!"
