"Had a lovely 2 night stay in cosy 1 over the weekend ..Tom and Rosie were excellent hosts and very quick to reply to messages Nothing negative to say as everything was as described ..everything was clean , comfortable beds and a great space to relax , close to everything and lots to do for the kids … We definitely recommend staying here and this will be our go to place when we are in Paignton again .. Once again thank you Tom and family for being so welcoming "

I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. "Absolutely amazing. We love our weekend stay from first minute. Jan and Steve very friendly and professional. Property very clean and nicely decorated. As with the majority of property in the area this is an older style premises with the typical drawbacks like steep staircases.
