"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"It was cheap and lived up to it’s name “Budget Ibis” we could accept everything as we chose budget - but fire doors wedged open just says no control, no management and no idea. Sorry would not recommend on the basis that it is unsafe. We knew there was no food or drink on site and accepted that. "

However, there was air conditioning, essential as the temp reached 40 degrees. The room itself was adequate, with a small bathroom. It is remote, and is really suitable for someone with own transport. "

"Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful.
