"Good sized room, clean and no odors. Bathroom clean and roomy but could have better placement for access to bathtowels as floor became slippery when wet. Air con worked but made a loud noise once in a while. View of the dragon bridge from the rounded balcony was nice but the metal safety bars made you feel like you were inside a bird cage. Check in staff were nice and friendly and helped get the luggage into the hotel but the early morning staff (checked out at 3:30am to go to airport) not so...

"Firstly, thank you to the staff at the hotel. They were helpful and friendly. The location is very good. Managed to capture lovely photos of the Dragon bridge from the balcony. Near the night markets and close to the Vincom Plaza. The room was very large and looks extremely clean. "

"Spacious, cosy , well decorated and friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the entrance who always offers help and his great smiles are so comforting. I like the balcony despite noise from nearby restaurants but it can be stopped when the window is closed. The beautiful swimming pool on the roof garden is relaxing though it’s rainy season. It can be appreciated if the old towels are replaced. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel."
