I complained to the woman at the bar which serves as the reception, she apologised, asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited and then tried to charge me for it! Not a good start to my stay. However, the room itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, modern and stylish. Extremely good value for the price and literally opposite the train station. Entry to the hotel is via an app you have to download, but it worked well...

Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "
