"Lovely place to stay right by the sea. We visited the White cliffs whilst in area and then departed for France via the Euro tunnel. The staff here were helpful and friendly and most welcoming. Would certainly return again in the future. "

"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "Generally great property but oddly there were only 2 of each bit of cutlery and crockery ( for 2 people for 2 days self catering) and only 1 cereal bowl so there was a need to take turns to eat breakfast. Water would suddenly get boiling hot when washing dishes which caught us unaware so ended up with a minor burn on the first day. Warning next to sinks would help. Also there were a fair amount of long black hairs on the floors in the bathroom and kitchen and some on the bed which we thought was...

"Shabby Chic... The biggest factor when staying in the budget friendly Hotel is Cleanliness! The Littlestone Hotel did not disappoint. My Room, Bedding and Bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and I got the overall impression that they cared. "

"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The checking in and out process was smooth. The property itself was full of wonderful charm and character, with all the amenities we needed clise at hand. It really felt like we were guests in someone's home. Perfectly situated in the middle of the old town, with lots of the local attractions, including the beach, in easy walking distance. We would recommend this to family and friends and would like to return."

"When we arrived we was told by Louis that he had problems with his kitchen so unsure whether we was going to have any food,but a little while later he managed to magically get two lovely meals together which were delicious.very friendly and welcoming."

"Basic caravan with no central heating only 2x oil heaters. Good shower. Direct communication required with owner, via referral from travel nest site, to arrange stay and extra fees. Caravan changed 10 hours before arrival due to boiler breakdown but original property was occupied. Only 5 beds when 6 berth had been booked. Extra charge for dogs. Extra charge for use of pool and entertainment. Frankie’s food van on seafront was excellent. "
