"Modern property with a choice of an adjacent bus service or 40 minute walk to Cambridge centre. It is set next to the newer parts of the university campus. The staff were very friendly. The toilet paper was not great quality. I bet none of Hyatt's buyers would have it in their homes! "

"Nice hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean. The only downfall was the leisure centre not very clean in the ladies areas and smelly. The shower ceiling had a a lot of mould and the doors in the hammam and sauna could do with a bit more cleaning. It is quite small considering it is open for the public and has also kids swimming lessons. Breakfast was quiet basic for a 4 star hotel."

"Overall nice accommodation. Only gripes were the bed moved easily as was on wheels and could have done with it being pulled out and hoovered behind, as our pillow fell down the back and it was very dusty. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Apart from that it was a very nice stay. Room and facilities were good."
