"We appreciated the location, no noticeable traffic noise. We learned the room was newly renovated but the first thing I noticed was lots of UHT milk pockets - nice. But when I went to put our chilli -bin contents in there it was not cold at all even though it was would up to full coldness. The staff were baffled as it was anew fridge - they did agree to hold our items in their own fridge. The fridge being right on the ground would not accessible to all people. "The couch. Um it had no padding and couldn't actually be called a couch - visual but not functional. But we were adaptable so overcame that issue. Full size fridge and an actual oven were much appreciated. Apart from the unusable couch it was an excellent stay. Value for money, convenient, spacious and more than suitable for a time out space. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation"

"The location was fantastic! Room was wonderful. Only one issue, I a was travelling for work & required iron and ironing board! These weren’t in the room and I had to ask another guest to borrow them! Would have got a perfect score apart from that😞"

"The location of this place was great, and the staff were friendly. However the kitchen was dirty and had very few usable utensils or tools, the locks on the bathrooms didn't work, some of the lights wouldn't turn on, and all of the surfaces in our room were slightly sticky. Also, although I realise this isn't something the management have any control over, my children were exposed to language that I was extremely uncomfortable with from other guests."

"Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted."
