Only one drawback was that we had to enter our rooms via the fire escape which had 2 flights of metal stairs which was quite difficult in the rain carrying suitcases. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff were lovely and very professional."

"This is self check in place and I didn’t know that as on my email about check in details it was answered with guess house names. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…"

"This was advertised as an aparthotel. It is not. It is, I assume a former public sector property that is divided into four "apartments". I think perhaps that one of the general rules is that when there is no picture of the outside of the property that you should fear the worst. To be fair, they have done what they can, however, for me it was not suitable - there is no desk, for example. It is a little walk to Old Stevenage and there is plenty of restaurants and facilities there. Not one for me. "

"I certainly would not advise anyone to book this property for a whole range of reasons — customer service seems located abroad and are not responsive, the bedroom linen was dirty, car parking space was actually taken by another car. To make the matters worse, the instructions I was given to locate the key was wrong and I never ended up having a key for the apartment. I left the apartment within 2 hrs of having entered it. "
