"Great location, great staff, we loved the breakfast. It is a very nice hotel within walking distance to the beach and Mimizan Plage town center. It was very clean and staff did their best to keep us pleased. The only not so nice comment would be about noise insulation. Walls are like paper thin and we could hear absolutely everything our neighbors did and of course it meant they could hear us as well which is troubling. "We stayed here two nights a Saturday and the following Friday during August. Nice spot, right on the lake and for a cheap hotel it was clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and the views of the lake are stunning.
