"We had a great time in Park City, and our hotel was good, it just had some issues. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the food in the restaurant was subpar. I had to send my meal pack it was so tasteless. "

But on leaving - after I had to give them day-before notice of needing shuttle to airport, I got to desk 5 min early and waited 15 min for someone to show up. She said she'd lost track of time then ordered an Uber, causing me another 10 min delay. I hadnt factored in this extra time and it was terribly disruptive. All they needed to do was call me earlier to alert me of the situation so I could have left at the correct time."

"This is our fourth time staying at Newpark Resort, and we are so happy with our choice every time. The hotel is a short drive (and there are shuttles if needed) to the ski resorts. The area around the hotel has several great restaurants, and very convenient shopping. And the hotel itself is very comfortable, with very friendly and responsive staff, big rooms and bathrooms, and an excellent indoor-outdoor pool and hottub that we take full advantage of. "You can tell this was an older hotel, however they did a good job making it feel clean and welcoming. We weren’t able to utilize the hot tub, which is the main reason we selected this hotel. We got in, only to find something brown and floating in the water. We got out and let the front desk know. It was also a bummer that if you decide to add on the breakfast after you book your room it’s a lot more expensive. So if you want the breakfast option select it now! Would stay there again. "

"Honest review: there's a lot that's great about this property, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent and close to all amenities and not a bad drive to the ski hills up the canyon. The downside is that the common areas, hallways etc...are very dirty, there was an active leak coming down from the 3rd floor onto the 2nd floor in the hallway during the final days of my stay. "We usually stay here every New Years and we love it. This year it wasn't as clean as we are used to it being...just crumbs on the floor and little things like that. I did end up just wetting a towel and mopping so things felt a little better. Other than that, it was fabulous. Loved the firepit to make smores. :)"
