"Staff was very nice. Clean. Would be 5 stars all the way except for a couple of suggestions. Could improve space in dining area. We couldn’t find a place to sit to eat and ended up eating at the business desk. They ran out of food too. ADA room was great other than it was difficult to get into room with a wheelchair due to a rather large threshold/sill and nothing available to hold the door open while trying to maneuver the wheelchair. "Stayed for a basketball tournament. Was kind of a high maintenance guest. Asked for extra towels, asked for a roll away, asked for an early check in. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. I was late checking out and they came to tell me and were very kind about it. "

"The staff is amazing, extremely friendly. I showed up two hours early and I asked if there was an early check in or if I could just leave my luggage somewhere safe. The simple check if there was a room ready and then let me check in. It was great, went to the room dropped off my gear and went to the game. Thanks for making my stay amazing "
