"The hotel was great- all staff were really nice and accommodating! Beds were incredibly comfy. We had a room with a shared bathroom. It was always clean and we never had to wait to use it. Will definitely be back! "

"The hotel location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The staff at door were very courteous, even it was very cold they always greeted us with smile. We got free drinks coupons but the bar seemed always busy so we didn’t had a chance to use them. "

"In my opinion a partial view of the water does not mean going to a corner of the room and craning my neck for a small sliced view of water."

"Hotel was very nice in great location. Offer Valet only! $50. Was able to park in road in front of building on Sunday for free. But, was only told that by other patrons. Nice hotel, but doubt we’ll stay there again. "

"My husband and I spent NYE in Boston and stayed at the Copley House. It was affordable and the perfect place to stay for a few nights that allowed us to walk most places we wanted or walk to the T. Check in and check out were both easy and convenient. Highly recommend! "
