"We stay here regularly as a place to sleep as daytimes spend time at our sons’s home in Sluseholmen :) It’s clean & pleasant here..white linen and we get a good nights sleep as we like the beds..not sumptuous but comfortable for us :) We’ve never had a disturbed night. There’s no kettle or mini fridge. There’s shower gel & hairdryer. This time it appears they’ve changed cleaning routine..I’d never been sure when they come in to clean..but when they do they seem to just empty bins & towels,...

"The quality of the hotel reflected the price. Overall, the cleanliness was good and the check in process was easy despite the reception being closed. The hotel does not have wifi or any kind of breakfast service as advertised online so be aware of that. For a fair price, somewhere to sleep, clean, and the basics you need this was a good option. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the metro and very easy to get to the airport and the city centre. "

"Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district. City Hub is easy to navigate, and the hosts are kind, friendly, and helpful. Serve yourself a night cap or coffee and find a comfy spot to hang out. Bathrooms...

"Hotel very good, access was brilliant & plenty of parking spaces . Room was more than adequate,warm cosy . The only downfall is there is no kettle/drinking facilities "

"Bathroom was an issue. Two bathrooms on facility: one is a small box, one is bigger one that is shared between male and female. Room temperature could not be controlled. Two small seperate blankets. Overall okay stay but could have been better."

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. We were very confused about that. The place otherwise is very nice and could be a great venue for events too. I hope they do well. The owner was very welcoming and gave us some tips on where to eat...
