"The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. Well laid out as well. And everything worked. Reception were very kind, patient, helpful, smile all the time and humble. Thanks for a lovely time in Lille "

"The room is clean and well kept, but the outside is very poorly kept and dirty. It passes a bad impression, as it the whole place were abandon. "

There was also an add lingering smell, like someone who smoked was in the room previously. Shower room was clean but part of the shower pipe cover was missing"
