Also the water to the shower in the studio apt never got more than luke warm, if that. It was somewhat awkward having so much of the owners personal possessions in the open. ...

It was right in the middle of the Leelanau, so about 20 minutes max from everywhere on the west and east side of the peninsula. Great hiking, biking, and good times.
