"A good accommodation for a 2 stars hotel. The bed has been horrible, the heating system switched off in the middle of our last night there. Staff fine, not very friendly but helpful when we requested something. For the money what we paid has been overall a good accommodation. "

"Mobile check in isn’t ideal but luckily their staff was on site and quickly helped. Room was what we needed and close to airport"

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"Not a bad stay here. Very cheap considering it’s not too far from the centre of Paris on the metro. Very basic hotel, they only serve breakfast, nothing else. The room was very small with a double bed and pull out from the wall bed, there really wasn’t much room in our room by the time I put the bed out. "Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available. "
