"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). "Really friendly team. It's like having a bedroom, restroom, shower all in one big room. The fridge is useful. There is a bus stop close by that is fairly frequent but it is a trek to Leuven. Plenty of car parking spaces. A car could be helpful. A taxi to Leuvan was €28 (2023). The shower was a cubicle but was really good. "

"Fantastic location hotel, 1 minutes walk from the Bus and Train terminal. Located in a busy square of bars and restaurants. Good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend staying!!"
