"Very nice staff. When we first got there the tv in the room wasn't working and maintenance was gone for the day so they let us switch rooms. Asked if we could do a late check out and they had no problem with it at all"

"The bed had no squeak to it, and I loved the tiling in the bathroom. My one issue was the TV mount being unable to face down towards the bed, but nobody stays in a hotel to watch TV. Enjoyed my stay nonetheless."

"parking in downtown Oakland is an issue. Only parking available at this hotel is the Valet, which is not part of the hotel, for $50/night. So you can either get robbed $50 by the Valet guy, or your car get actually robbed by parking on the street which will be more than $50 in the end. "

"This motel is in the perfect spot, quiet neighborhood, convenient parking and FREE, lots of dining options nearby. Not much I need for a pleasant stay in the City. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the staff I would. The room was clean and well appointed. We were able to walk or have a short drive anywhere. The parking spots were spacious and they were super helpful and let us park there the next day after we checked out for a few hours while we went to a competition. The only thing I would say is that the street noise Was a little loud. If you use a white noise, machine or app it would’ve taken care of it."
