"We have usually enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2 king room is our favourite. So spacious and has a huge bathroom with a jetted tub. The kids love the pool and waterslide. Has mostly been fairly quiet too."

"Have to maintain better and the cleaning was terrible with sticky floors and left food in the fridge. It was gross but the smell of cigarettes was the worst. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and the smell of old cigarette smoke was almost too much for me "

"With all the concerns around sharing personal information, this hotel's check-in procedure expected me to hand over my Driver's License to SCAN INTO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM! They have to confirm that I am who I say I am, and I will show them my photo ID to accomplish that, but to expect me to give some random desk clerk the digital access is outrageous, not to mention a violation of privacy law.
