"Location very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg - the reason for our trip. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and accommodating. some renovation is necessary. We stayed on the top floor - the ceiling was peeling, apparently after a leak. Also there was a water puddle beside the HAVAC unit despite the fact that we did not use it. The bathtub needs replacing or at least resurfacing, it looks rather disgusting. But despite all these shortcomings we were happy and comfortable. "

"First time at a Sleep Inn and was a little apprehensive as price was quite a bit lower than some competitors but was pleasantly surprised. Location was showing it's age but was very clean and comfortable. Room was a little smaller than we were used to but all the amenities were there. Breakfast was great and service was excellent.... "
