"I had an amazing one night stay at this property. The parking is a huge issue, and not everyone wants to use the valet.. you’re in downtown Philly maybe invest in some parking spots or buy spaces from the city so people can park around your building without risk of being towed. My only the complaint was the lack of attention at the pool when over 15 kids were in the hot tub and multiple younger ones flooding the floors with water and running all around the pool, several of them fell and no one...
