"The people who work here are nice and friendly, but my bathroom was extremely visibly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The first night I was too tired to complain, but in the morning I asked the young man at the front desk to have it cleaned, specifying that the toilet and sink were very dirty. There was also a water leak on the floor, so I left the bathmat there to soak it up. I went out for the day to find that the bed was made and trash emptied, but the bathroom hadn't been...
