"While Hilton properties are generally good, it’s the staff that made this stay awesome. Customer service was #1. After booking my stay for two night. I had to extend my stay a couple of times due to unplanned events. The staff not only extended my reservation each time I requested, they also gave me an additional discount."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold food. Fresh coffee and hot water for tea were also available. Two bottles of water were presented at check in. I was near the elevator but never hear any noise. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Refrigerator and microwave in the room along with blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room smelled fresh and clean."

"I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket?
