"Very clean inside the room, outside on the property, and inside in the common areas. That's very important to me. The staff were helpful and responsive. Decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, in fact this is my second time here. I especially like the patio entrance to the room. You can park right at your room and come in and out easily. "Nice little motel next to a nice restaurant. For the price point it was sufficient and quiet. The staff was friendly. Will stay there again if we are in Carroll. One note - the sign advertises "hot breakfast" with pictures of eggs and sausages. You need to tell the front desk that you want the hot breakfast ahead of time, or only a continental one will be available.
